Yield and Growth is a trading education company built on one premise: selling options for income only holds up when it runs on rules, not hunches. This is the story of how our rules got written.

How we got here

We started in 2019 selling premium for income — options on equities and on futures. The first years were exactly what you'd expect: stretches of steady-looking income, then lessons learned the hard way. Markets are generous teachers with cruel fees.

Every expensive lesson became a rule. We stopped entering when the pay was thin for the risk. We harvested winners instead of squeezing them. We cut losers instead of hoping. And when the market was under real pressure, we sat out — a screen that always has ideas is a screen with no standards.

Over the years, those rules hardened into something more than a checklist: a rule engine we built in-house.

What we want

Ordinary traders deserve a real fighting chance at growing their wealth. That's why we built Yield and Growth — and we trade it ourselves, because these are the same rules that have grown our own income and wealth since 2019.

Most retail traders lose money the same way: no plan, oversized bets, and strategies they don't fully understand — usually the riskiest ones, because those are the ones that get marketed. We think ordinary traders deserve better than lottery tickets.

So this is what we're building: a place where a regular person can learn safe, income-first strategies — selling premium instead of buying it — and grow their wealth steadily along the way. Mechanical rules take the emotions out of the trade, and that gives non-institutional traders a real fighting chance. Every strategy taught honestly, every idea run through our rule engine, every result on the record. No hype, no hidden risks, no pretending.

It determines the trade ideas and how each idea is managed: what qualifies, when to enter, when to harvest a winner or cut a loser, and when to sit out entirely.
